INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 oz. whole milk
2 oz. chilled very strong espresso
or espresso made from powder such as
Madaglia D’oro or Café Bustelo
whipped cream for garnish
cocoa nibs (optional) for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Mix together cocoa & sugar in a small bowl.
Gently, heat milk & espresso in a small sauce pan.
Add cocoa & sugar, rapidly whisking, until mixture becomes frothy.
Pour into a mug.
GARNISH: with whipped cream, a pinch of cocoa powder & cocoa nibs (optional)
