INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp. raisins

  • pinch ground cinnamon

  • 3 oz. chai tea concentrate*

  • 1-inch slice fresh ginger

  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • 4 oz. carrot juice

    GARNISH-cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine raisins, ground cinnamon, chai tea & ginger in a microwave safe container.

  2. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes.

  3. Muddle mixture then strain through a fine mesh strainer into serving glass.

  4. Add lemon & carrot juice then fill with ice.

GARNISH: with cinnamon stick.

 This recipe is delicious year-round. For a lighter version in the summer, serve in a highball glass with plenty ice and splash of soda water.

*to make your own chai tea concentrate, steep 1 bag of chai tea in 8 oz. water for 4 minutes. Squeeze out tea bag the use in recipe.
