¼ tsp. turmeric powder or 1” knob fresh root
2 slices yellow bell pepper
¼ tsp. prosecco vinegar
2 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
2 oz. GHIA APÉRITIF
GARNISH- ground turmeric and/or marigold petals
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to shaker can & muddle.
Dry shake to emulsify.
Add ice & shake vigorously.
Fine mesh strain drink into glass.
GARNISH with a dusting of ground turmeric on surface and/or marigold petals
